Encases the afflicted in a block of ice. Depending on if the afflicted was airborne or on the ground at the time they were frozen, this ice block may be able to slide and move around. While frozen, the afflicted cannot do anything except very small, periodic hops.

While frozen, grants invulnerability to most incoming attacks. However, if an attack deals damage equal to 500% the afflicted's max HPs, shatters the block of ice and kills them instantly.
